Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

At Active Living HQ, we are confident in the quality of the products we offer. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or you might change your mind. To accommodate these situations, we have a 30-day Return Policy for most of our products.

If you wish to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order, you'll need to cover the return shipping costs. Upon the return, we will process your refund. Please be aware that some products may incur a restocking fee as stipulated in the original manufacturer's warranty.

*Important Note: To qualify for a refund, the returned item(s) must be in "Like New" condition and include ALL original packaging and accessories. "Like New" means the item shows no visual signs of wear.

Active Living HQ reserves the right to inspect returned products. If a product is returned damaged, not in "like new" condition, or incomplete, the refund amount may be reduced. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping fees will apply if the shipment is refused or undeliverable.

In cases where an order has been processed and cannot be canceled with the vendor, a 5% cancellation fee may apply.

Return policies can vary depending on the original manufacturer. Certain restrictions from manufacturers may apply.

For damaged or defective products, we will assist with processing an exchange.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), confirming that they are in their original undamaged condition, we will issue a refund and send you an email confirmation.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@activelivinghq.com with "Return + [order number]" as the subject line, and we will guide you through the process.

Please be aware that our 30-day Return Policy may vary based on the manufacturers’ return policies. This policy applies to all products unless otherwise stated below.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders, special discounts, and sale items may not fall under our 30-day Return Policy. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Damages

If you receive a damaged product, report it immediately upon delivery. Send photos or videos to support@activelivinghq.com on the same day. We will assist with refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise. Items damaged post-use are non-refundable unless covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team promptly to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations before payment processing will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after shipping will be subject to our 30 Day Return Policy and return shipping costs. Not all orders may be eligible for cancellation.

Orders canceled after payment processing may incur a payment processing fee of approximately 3%, depending on the payment processor.

Note that Active Living HQ's Cancellation Policy is subject to the cancellation policies of our individual manufacturers and not all orders may be eligible for cancellation.
